Mildred Helen Yeigh Williamson, formerly of Colome and recently of Avera Rosebud Country Care Center in Gregory, passed away on July 17, 2017, at the age of 86.

Mildred was born on June 13, 1931 in Allerton, Iowa to Jerry and Jennie (Canfield) Yeigh. She was the only daughter in her family.

After Mildred graduated high school, she met and married her husband of sixteen years and eight children were born to this union.

When Mildred and her family moved to Loveland, Colorado, she started a career as a CNA. She carried her knowledge into the Winner and Gregory areas as well.

She then moved to Boardman, Oregon where she worked in a factory until retirement and moved to Reno, Nevada. Twenty years ago she moved back to Colome, SD to be near her children.

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Jennie Yeigh, three brothers Harold Yeigh, infant brother David Yeigh, and Francis Yeigh, and one son-in-law Darrel Duley.

She is survived by her eight children, Ellen (Glenn) Hoffmann, Gregory, SD, Teresa Duley, Winner, SD, Marjorie (Mike) Perkins, California, David (Lynette) Williamson, Roswell, NM, Ralph Williamson Jr, Mesa, AZ, Chrystal (Brent) Hammon, Winner, SD, Ronald Williamson, Loveland, CO, and Barbara Williamson, Winner, SD, one brother Raymond (Shirley) Yeigh, Butte Nursing Home, 41 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
