Tribute & Message From The Family

Message From The Family

Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please enhance this tribute to Tim by adding your memories and photos.

Tim was born on July 27, 1963, in Aberdeen. He moved to Burke with his mother at a young age, and then started school in Mitchell until his mother finished nursing school. They then moved to Gregory, where Tim continued school until his sophomore year of high school. He moved to Burke and decided to earn his GED. After high school, he earned an associate's degree as an HVAC technician. He worked at several jobs in the manufacturing field before having to give up work due to his failing health.

Tim had several hobbies. When he was young he had a love for cars, and was a master at building all types of model cars. He always loved playing card games and doing puzzles, the more challenging the better. He took great pride in creating artistic projects once he couldn't work anymore.

His favorite place to be on earth was on his grandparents' farm in rural Lucas. He worked very hard helping them with fieldwork and taking care of their animals. He had a lifetime love of fishing and tried to go as often as he could.

Tim is survived by his mother, Judie Whitepipe of Gregory; three children, Jennifer Crouch and John Crouch of Michigan, and Bre anna Crouch of Sioux Falls; his two sisters, Carrie (Jeff) Howard of Woonsocket and Suzanne (Jim) Kahler of Plankinton; three grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Richard Crouch; his step-father, Elmer Whitepipe; and uncles, Charlie Whitepipe, Jr. and Wayne Middlesworth.

Timothy A. Crouch, 54, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Aurora-Brule Care and Rehab in White Lake after fighting a long battle with severe heart disease.
